End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Ben Adams DDS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website, online services, and QuickBooks integration features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or business use in connection with dental practice management.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Services
  • Use the Services to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

4. QuickBooks Integration

Our Services may include integration with QuickBooks Online. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize us to access and use your QuickBooks data solely for the purpose of providing invoicing and payment tracking features.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your QuickBooks credentials. We do not store your QuickBooks login information.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
